Why does "RegNow" or "Register Now" appear on my credit card bank statement?
RegNow is a payment processor that provides secure online ordering
to allow consumers to purchase our products online. Since RegNow is the company that processes
the credit card transaction, their name appears on your statement.

Can I order and not use a credit card? I would prefer to pay by check, wire, or PO.
RegNow does offer ordering options in addition to payment online with a credit card. The offline ordering options
they offer include by phone, mail, fax, wire, and PO (if applicable). Please note that utilizing one of these offline
ordering options you will be required to pay an additional processing fee.
To place an order by mail, fax, wire, and PO (when applicable) use the online form and then choose one of these payment
options found in the Payment Method section of the form. Once submitted online, the appropriate information will be provided
to you in your web browser to send your payment to us off line.

I received a refund for a product, but I don’t see the credit, why?
Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your
account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company and ask where they have posted the
credit information. On numerous occasions, banks have posted information in a way that is unexpected.

What will this product cost me in my local currency?
RegNow processes transactions in USD, EUR, and GBP. We recommend that, if you do not use one of these three
currencies, an online currency converter to find out the approximate cost in your local currency.

Is my order secure? I do not see https:// and/or the security icon in the bottom of the browser.
The first page of the order process will not be secure because there is no sensitive information collected on the
product description and pricing page. The second page and rest of the order process is secure, and you will see
the‘s’ added to http:// to create a URL that starts with https://www.regnow.com/...
If you are not comfortable ordering online with a credit card, you are welcome to choose an offline order option
in the payment section of the order process. RegNow accepts mail, fax, wire, and PO (if applicable) ordering options
in addition to ordering online. They also provide phone orders through our 24x7 order desk at 1-877-353 7297. Please
note that all of the offline ordering options do have addition fees for processing.

What do I do if I closed my browser before printing the receipt?
You will receive the receipt you saw online in your email shortly after your order. It may take up to
30 minutes or more depending on your ISP’s mail servers. Please keep this receipt for your records!

How does your security work?
We accept payments via our partner, RegNow, who provide a secure ordering facility. They use a VeriSign certificate for Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) transactions. VeriSign certificates offer strong RSA-based encryption for secure transactions and allow a
wider variety of browsers to be used than with certificates from other companies. Netscape Navigator versions
starting at 2.0 are supported as well as Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 3.0 and above. All of this means
that your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a very secure manner, so that
nobody else can see it. That protects you by ensuring that nobody but you and the credit card processor will see
your card.
